DOCARPINE 25 mg tablets:
For analgesia and reduction of chronic inflammation, such as in degenerative joint disease in dogs.
In addition, in pre-surgical and post-surgical treatment where the management of bone and/or soft tissue is involved.
In dogs: Administration is oral at a dose of 2 mg of carprofen per kg of body weight every 12 hours.
In case of surgery, it is recommended to administer carprofen 2 hours before the start of surgery.
After 7 days, the dose may be reduced to 2 mg per kg of body weight per day as a single daily dose, subject to clinical response.
