FORMULA

Each g contains:
Phenbendazole 0.22 g
Vehicle, cbp 1.00 g

INDICATIONS

DARBAZIN® is indicated for deworming horses &.cattle .
In cattle it is effective against: Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia
ostertagi, Trichostrongylus axei, Bunostomun phlebotomum, Cooperia spp., Tricchostrongylus colubriformis, Oesophagostomum radiatum and
Dictyocaulus viviparus.
In horses it acts against: Strongylus vulgaris, Strongylus edentatus, Strongylus equinus, Oxyuris equi, Parascaris equorum.

DOSE

Bovines & camels: General dose: 5 mg/kg, (corresponding to one sachet of FENPIZOL® 22%, for a bovine of up to 450 kg).
For treatment of Ostertagia ostertagi 10 mg/kg
(corresponding to 2 sachets of FENPIZOL® 22% for each bovine of up to 450 kg).
Equines: General dose: 5-10 mg/kg once a day for 5 days, (corresponding to 1 and 2 sachets of FENPIZOL® 22% for an equine of approximately 300 kg).
For the treatment of migrating larvae of strongyles:
50 mg/kg of weight per day, for a period of 3 days, (corresponding to 7 sachets of FENPIZOL® 22% per day); or 10 mg/kg for a period of 5 days, (2 sachets of FENPIZOL® 22% per day).
For the treatment of strongyles encysted in the intestinal mucosa, a dose of 30 mg/kg is recommended (corresponding to 4 sachets of FENPIZOL® 22% for an equine of approximately 300 kg).

WITH DRAWL PERIODS

 The slaughter of cattle intended for human consumption must wait at least 13 days after the last administration of the product.
 Milk produced by cows treated with FENPIZOL® 22% can be consumed because it has a
zero-day withdrawal period.
 Do not use FENPIZOL® 22% in horses intended for human consumption, because there is no information on withdrawal times in this species.
